happy may day

Yay, it's May!!  May Day baskets are a sweet, simple and dying tradition that I was super excited to introduce to my kids this year.

First we decorated some plain old baskets from Michael's.

Next we baked some yummy mini lemon cupcakes.  They are super easy and delicious.  Recipe HERE.

Put it all together with some bubbles, chalk, and other fun goodies and voilà....

And then it was time for delivery!  No better way to get these babies out than with my handy dandy new Schwinn bike basket.  I've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to test it out.  Happy May Day.....
